$150.00 Individual Golfer Donation (includes lunch, golf, gift bag and dinner)
$40.00 Reception & Dinner Only at 5:30 pm or after Golf

CJ’s family cordially invites all Golfers, his friends, classmates, and their families to the reception and dinner. Following golf, we are excited to once again have DJ entertainment and other special surprises at dinnertime.
The proceeds from this year’s tournament will go to Wallingford Junior Football League, Wallingford YMCA Strong Kids Campaign, The Wallingford Public Library Expansion Project, and Xavier High School (ongoing performing arts scholarship in CJ’s memory).
