 The Carrozzella family founded the Spirit of CJ Foundation at the end of 2003, following the death of their son, CJ Carrozzella, as a result of injuries he received in a motor vehicle accident on March 3, 2003.
The generous support the foundation receives from all who participate in our annual foundation tournaments and private donations allow the foundation to keep alive the memory of CJ’s light spirit, kind heart and deep soul. CJ's family continues to direct monies from its foundation events to charitable organizations, which in one way or another had an impact on the growth and spirit of CJ, including sports, performing arts, and education.
We appreciate your support as our foundation progresses to its exciting goals for the future. The Spirit of CJ lives on forever though his foundation.
